At 36, after years of building EaseMyTrip & other startups, I had lost the athlete I was in my IIT days. I fixed my training & my diet. But I could not give up my rotis at night.

So I hired a food scientist. 6 months & 281 trials later, we had an atta that puffs and tastes exactly like regular atta, yet carries 46% protein (4 times more than any atta).

For two years, it never left my kitchen. Then I met Sivaram, who built Briyas (India's biggest tofu company) & spent decades making protein affordable. He asked me one question: why should this stop at your family?

That question became MILLD.com

One roti now gives: 15g protein (instead of 3g) at JUST Rs 6. The most affordable protein in India. No whey, no chemicals. Just wheat, soya fraction & peanut fraction.

Make your regular roti, paratha or even puri. Just add 10–15% more water (soya and peanut absorb a little more) and they turn out exactly the same.

Indians eat 3 times less protein than the western world. And protein is not just muscle. It builds your child's height and IQ, your immunity, your hair, your hormones. It is too fundamental to be a supplement. India does not need fancy, expensive protein snacks. India needs protein on the plate, that we eat 90 times a month.
