RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Purchases made from the online store of www.milld.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 2 days of the order being delivered. Any queries or concerns beyond 4 days from the order delivery date will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order is applicable only before the order is shipped. You can visit the "My Account" section to check your order status.


Delivery,  Refund Policy & Cancellation Fee :

You can reach out to our customer support team to cancel an order after it's shipped. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days

If a shipment is moved to non-delivery or return due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Wrong PIN code provided

incorrect or unreachable phone number

Wrong quantity ordered by the customer

Customer is unavailable or repeatedly postponing delivery to future dates

Failure to accept delivery after multiple delivery attempts

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting shipping and return charges, as logistics partners charge us for both forward and return movement.

Shipping & Return Charges (Non-Refundable):

      2 kg pack: ₹160

      5 kg pack: ₹320

      10 kg pack: ₹600

These charges cover two-way logistics (forward + return), which incur higher costs.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after the returned shipment is received and verified.

MERCHANDISE STORE – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Earths Treasure Food Private Limited (ETFI) Merchandise Returns and Exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange any merchandise items purchased from the online store of www.milld.com for any reason within the specified return/exchange period i.e. 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product.

Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

If due to any reason you wish to return the Product, we offer a free pick-up service. You will just have to drop us a mail at orders@milld.com or a message on WhatsApp. Our delivery agent will pick-up the product from the address of delivery.
